This place is super clean, safe and Monica made our process of moving some stuff into storage so easy and smooth! She has been amazing and went above and beyond to help us get the size we needed and was also available right away when we lost the key to our unit. One of the best places for storage in Alameda!

I can't say enough about the ease of obtaining a storage unit at this beautiful location. Riley provided us with A+ customer service from start to finish. The facility is impeccably clean, including the restroom. The rates are reasonable for the storage size needed as well as the price options for insurance. And the building security at every access point definitely sets this company apart from its competitors. Tara was extremely helpful today in helping me find the right size space to store my bicycle and other items. I had to transfer from a space I'd rented online and Tara made the paperwork part easy and quick. She and other staff I've encountered here have been patient, professional and customer-oriented. The facility is almost brand new, with plenty of light and great security features.

Rented a 10X15 unit for our extra stuff at work. Storage is conveniently located down the street. Location is always clean, safe and in great order. Monica is down to earth, friendly, always professional, prompt and always attentive. Highly recommend..

This location is very clean, safe, high tech and quiet. I've used Extra Space at multiple locations for various work and personal business and I've always had great help from the staff. If I ever need storage again in the near future I'll come back to this one despite living a little closer to a few other storage locations.
