I'm sad to have to give a negative review. Unfortunately, the policies here are not transparent. I rented a small locker for less than $90 per month. This amount was already high for a small locker. In less than a year, prices increased twice without notice. $125 for a small locker??! Um, no! I will go elsewhere. Please avoid this greedy place!

I'm angry enough to give them no stars but the local store staff was so helpful (+1) and the facility is brand new, clean and well lit (+1). I'm deducting 3 stars for sleazy corporate actions. I rented a partially obstructed space for $138/month, and 3 months later they raised the rent to $212 (+35% rate increase) with no notice in any form. We have had our RV there for about six months. Got broken into and then again less than 2 weeks later. No cameras to view footage so it's just damages and lost items. I cannot believe I am PAYING for a secure spot that is regularly broken Into. Their response? Yea....sorry. Um WTF? I'm Moving my vehicle getting a refund and they will pay for my TWO deductibles Ridiculous
Currently storing RV there. One month ago I had two windows broken. RV next to me had theirs broken and pilfered through. While waiting for window company to fix my broken windows my RV was again vandalized. This time RV cover cut. Window and screen broken Door broken. And items stolen from inside RV. Fence adjacent to outdoor storage is chest high. Easy to climb over. Nothing to deter thieves. Actually makes it easy access.
