To start, the facilities here are very well-kept and organized. More importantly, I had to cancel my lease due to personal circumstances and Monica was extremely helpful in assisting me with a refund. Would definitely rent here again.

Setting up the account was easy and the place is super clean and secure. I love how I can just go whenever I please during their hours and access my things without someone there. Great system!

I've rented with extra space in other locations but this new location looks great! Office and units are very clean and secure. The location is convenient as well. Everyone's friendly and helpful. Definitely would recommend!

They raised my monthly rate by 76% after just four months, from $131 to $231! That's extreme bait and switch. They do this after you get all your stuff moved in, in hopes it will cost you more to move elsewhere than pay the much higher rent.
Walked in the office on Friday and asked for a 10' X 30' drive up space , lady in the office took me to the storage and showed it to me and I liked it then she offered me I can put it on hold for you for 4 days I said awesome I'll be back Tuesday morning to sign a contract and pay for the first month and she said perfect we'll see you Tuesday, Monday at 2:30 she calls and says the unit has been rented out, I canceled the other spots I took a look to take this one but they prefer money over customer service
This business has terrible practices. My rent just went up 38 percent! I've only had the unit for a small time. Just a few months. It was not an introductory price either and I've read others having gone through this as well. I will be moving my things before they charge even more. I was not even notified! I would steer clear of this place they are thieves. I also double checked and the rents are listed the same as when I rented so this is not an increase due to demand. What a scam! They get you in under a lowish monthly rate and then after a couple of months, they regularly increase the fees. Not worth it and I can't trust this company. I should have trusted the negative reviews from the start. I hope you will.

I'm sad to have to give a negative review. Unfortunately, the policies here are not transparent. I rented a small locker for less than $90 per month. This amount was already high for a small locker. In less than a year, prices increased twice without notice. $125 for a small locker??! Um, no! I will go elsewhere. Please avoid this greedy place!

I'm angry enough to give them no stars but the local store staff was so helpful (+1) and the facility is brand new, clean and well lit (+1). I'm deducting 3 stars for sleazy corporate actions. I rented a partially obstructed space for $138/month, and 3 months later they raised the rent to $212 (+35% rate increase) with no notice in any form.
