Really fast an easy process to confirm a unit when we had a last minute change in moving plans. I booked online and immediately after received a call from the office. They were just double checking that I had everything needed to move my stuff in and while doing so they noticed that I missed out on a promotion opportunity. I was offered an in office promotion over the phone which was so sweet of them. The agent I spoke to was so personable and friendly. It really made our moving situation a more pleasant one.

Brand new facility and was designed correctly with a covered entry with double wide sliding glass doors for ingress and egress. Access to individual floors only permissible to those with rented space on them and the lock system is much better than the "bring your own lock" method. Current facility manager, Sergio, was very friendly and made signing up very easy as well as answering my questions about their pest control services, cancelation/exit policy, logistics and access questions.
