This is the best storage facility I've ever had. They're clean and spacious and they really care about their customers. William is the greatest and definitely deserves a promotion there. William was very helpful in helping me get my billing correct and taken care of. He was patient, professional and HUMAN. A lot of customer service reps act like bots, repeating scripts, but you tell William what your problem is and he solves it FAST and is completely fair.
