Everyone here has went above and beyond to help me obtain multiple units together because I basically run my business from a storage unit and to have them next to each other is a huge help. William has shown Top Notch customer service, and a desire to actually do good for the customer. That's becoming a rarity in all types of business. I give it a strong thumbs up.

We have used the storage facility in Southern highlands for the last 7 years. They have been great. William the Mrg now that it has changed to extra space has been amazing to work with. He goes the extra mile, above and beyond to help. We had an issue with our debit card changing the date and he made it easy to update. ~Ron

William is truly the BEST hands down...When you do talk to him you'll feel happy inside!!! Each time I call to make a payment over the phone, I really enjoy the fantastic customer service he gives. I can do the payment online, but I really enjoy the conversation instead.
