This is the best storage facility I've ever had. They're clean and spacious and they really care about their customers. William is the greatest and definitely deserves a promotion there. He goes above and beyond to making sure you're taken care of and satisfied with all your storage needs! Highly recommended!!!

William was very helpful in helping me get my billing correct and taken care of. He was patient, professional and HUMAN. A lot of customer service reps act like bots, repeating scripts, but you tell William what your problem is and he solves it FAST and is completely fair.

We are an arts nonprofit storing vehicles related to our mission and function as an organization. We have used this location for many years through the transition from LifeStorage to ExtraSpace and never had any security issues. We miss the 1 extra gate access hour that used to be permitted as we often prep for our road trips to events into the night, however, we mostly just appreciate this safe and secure location just off I-15.
