Sue Johnson was excellent. She was attentive, listened actively, and was really helpful each step of the way. After our initial conversation, she suggested emailing me to help me remember our discussion and have contact information readily available...which she did as promised. Then when I called back to execute the rental, she again was great to deal with and very accommodating of my needs. Thanks Sue!

A pleasant administration very helpful. The facility is spotless a d the material handling trucks in each hall is first class. This facility is my favorite and will return as things progress.

Exactly as advertised
With something like this that is usually stressful, I expected a corporate, cold experience. What I got was a thoughtful, warm human experience, every time that I called to sort out details and ask questions. I did not expect to feel good or excited about moving my stuff into a storage unit. I do!
