I had climate controlled unit. It was very clean and the managers were great with communication and service.
Both Mark and Sue were exceptional and attentive to my concerns and were the reason I chose this facility over another much closer to my new apartment.
Carol was extremely helpful from the start. I am coming from NYC and Carol was able to walk me through exactly what I needed to know regarding a unit that would fit all my belongings. Carol took pictures/videos to show me the units since I couldn’t get it. Great service.

The manager (Carol Benyoung) I spoke with was very thorough, courteous and professional. I received a tour of the size units that I was considering and was very impressed with the high quality and condition of the storage units and overall facility as well as with the high level of security. I looked at one other nearby storage service company and they came nowhere near close in comparison.
