The Team at EZ storage in North Wales, PA are great. Sue was exceptional with her follow-up after my initial inquiry. They made renting a Storage area as easy as possible. Thank you for a great experience with storage. The front staff was very helpful through the whole process. This was our first time using storage and we had many questions. Carol was able to answer all our questions and was very pleasant to deal with. Also special thanks to Sue who called and let us know when we left our light on in our unit. I had climate controlled unit. It was very clean and the managers were great with communication and service.
Both Mark and Sue were exceptional and attentive to my concerns and were the reason I chose this facility over another much closer to my new apartment.
