Exactly as advertised
With something like this that is usually stressful, I expected a corporate, cold experience. What I got was a thoughtful, warm human experience, every time that I called to sort out details and ask questions. I did not expect to feel good or excited about moving my stuff into a storage unit. I do!
The manager Matt was so nice and very informative and I loved his accent The lady, I think Carol, that worked with him was very nice too. I would highly recommend to everyone

The Team at EZ storage in North Wales, PA are great. Sue was exceptional with her follow-up after my initial inquiry. They made renting a Storage area as easy as possible. The location is very clean and well maintained! We hope our storage experience is as good as the initial rental experience was. Great Job Team EZ Storage!
The representative Sue Johnson was pleasant, professional and extremely conscientious of our concerns and personal distancing. She actively listened to us and met all our needs. Very impressed.
Thank you for a great experience with storage. The front staff was very helpful through the whole process. This was our first time using storage and we had many questions. Carol was able to answer all our questions and was very pleasant to deal with. Also special thanks to Sue who called and let us know when we left our light on in our unit. We will definitely use EZ storage for our future need and will recommend this location to any of our friends and family.
