Both employees I delt with one today and one the other day were very friendly and answered all my questions . Very polite and friendly.

The staff was very friendly and professional. They were not aggressive as compared to other storage leaders in forcing you buy other commercial packages such as lock, insurance, EZ-Pay, storage supplies etc. Their process was very easy, simple and trustworthy because they are real human beings that understand the needs of others. Excellent access, always clean, friendly and cooperative staff. I rented a space from them several years ago, came back for another two years and will definitely rent from them again.

I have own a storage unit in the past and this location is by far better then I had before. When I first call Steve was very informational and helpful with what I needed. Patient and explain all the different types of units and the price. When I sign my lease Cassie was very easy to work with and took the time to show me different storage units so I could select the right one. I highly recommend and very secured.

Very clean units. Staff was great. Especially like having access to their loaner trucks which were in good condition and clean.
