Stacie was very helpful. I just lost my home to a fire and went into your offices still in a 'fog' and unsure what I needed. Stacie was very patient, very understanding and very helpful. As I was only able to save a few items I immediately needed a storage facility, close to my downtown Royal Oak Condo. Your facilities closeness & openness and Stacie's help made my horrible week a whole lot easier to deal with.

The staff was excellent every time I contacted them. They were super helpful, kind and professional. The spaces I had were great as well. I recommend this location because for the price, service and quality you can't get any better.

Stacey is a superstar. When I called to inquire about a space to rent, the particular unit I was looking for was unavailable. However, in a matter of moments, Stacey found a similar unit that met my needs. Stacey took my information over the phone, locked in my spot, and all I had to do was come in and sign the paperwork. Stacey could not have made the process any easier.

I was able to reserve a unit at a discounted rate and the awesome thing is it took less than 15 minutes. I was also impressed with the staff as well as the facility. New. Updated. Clean.
