Jamie is wonderful. ! I lost the key to my unit while bringing in a load. She provided me with help and advice above and beyond what I expected in the situation. It also was 3:30 and I hadn’t eaten all day ( I was on a time crunch) I was hungry and tired from moving. She kindly and unexpectedly brought me a protein bar and water. Her compassion and caring went far beyond her job. If EZ storage has an Extra Mile award, Jamie should receive it!
