Easy sign-up process! John was very helpful. very customer service oriented. I think the entire process took about 10 minutes - which in other parts of the country/other service providers, it can take 30+ minutes to get everything set up.

I have had nothing but great interactions with all of the staff, Stacie and Robin, and have never had an issue with the facilities. Always clean, available and easily accessed. Love EZ storage in Royal Oak!

Stacey (Stacy) is amazing! She has been there since I started storing items in 2019 and is always so friendly and helpful! She’s the best!!! The storage facility is always clean, doesn’t smell bad, and is easy to access. P.S. Can we please get Stacey (Stacy) a raise?!

I used this storage for many years. Never had an issue,l; it was kept clean, no smells. No rodants, which was a big plus! Loved the fact that it was inside as well. Would highly recommend. Only downside, because I was a long term tenant (4+ yrs.), it got very expensive.
