We got a good initial 2 month sign on deal that was very helpful. We got a good price for what we needed, and the office helped us size it and made sure it was appropriate. The car & elevator access in and out seemed appropriate. We wish we didn't have to keep storage as long as we did (1 year) , but we appreciated that every monthly bill emailed & was detailed with what we had and owed, and it was convenient to pay online with debit directly. The staff is friendly and helpful, which made my experience smooth. I like that it is really safe there (gated access with passcode and security cameras everywhere), and the storage is easy to access through two elevators. All areas are kept neat and clean, and you have a lot of carts to help move away your furniture.

Easy sign-up process! John was very helpful. very customer service oriented. I think the entire process took about 10 minutes - which in other parts of the country/other service providers, it can take 30+ minutes to get everything set up.
