The staff (Jamie) is incredibly professional and very responsive to your requests and questions. Furthermore, the facility is one of the cleanest I have ever been in... I am very happy with the service and experience! Two thumbs up!

Great customer service but the air conditioner wasn't on because it very hot in the units and hallway

My first impression even before I walked in the door was how beautiful the outside was and once I walked in the facility was spotless. The site manager, Liz M, was very helpful professional and quite knowledgeable. Any questions that I had were answered confidently and quickly and put me at ease. People would not believe that sometimes it is quite traumatic to have to put your life in a 10 x 15 room.
