Great customer service but the air conditioner wasn't on because it very hot in the units and hallway

My first impression even before I walked in the door was how beautiful the outside was and once I walked in the facility was spotless. The site manager, Liz M, was very helpful professional and quite knowledgeable. Any questions that I had were answered confidently and quickly and put me at ease. People would not believe that sometimes it is quite traumatic to have to put your life in a 10 x 15 room. Overall my experience renting a bin was outstanding. The unit was clean. The floor my bin was on was clean, safe. The management here was outstanding. EZ Storage very good place to secure your valuables.
