The ease of making an appointment was top-notch. The staff were consistently friendly. I saw the NP and she was friendly and knowledgeable. And there wasn't really a wait - I got to the office a couple of minutes early with a book just in case but was seen right at my appointment time. I felt that my concerns were listened to and addressed.
