Explained procedure in clear, easy to understand manner. Dr. Blank was able to easily leverage existing info from Inova which made the process even easier. Process to schedule to procedure was completely painless.
A technician on your staff did an excellent job of getting the wax out of both of my ears in about 5 minutes. She was friendly and professional.
