Verified Renter Very nice community and staff. Apartments need some updating as far as tile on floors and bathroom tiles. Caulking around the bathroom tub and shower could be neater. Paint job could be better. Balcony floor could be updated. Kitchen floor tile was never repaired. It has cuts in tile which was reported several times when moved in, but was not replaced. Very peaceful community and seems safe.
