Verified Renter Fairmont Park is a great community. The apartments are spacious, clean and have plenty of room for storage. The amenities are nice and kept that way. The rent is a good value for the amount of square footage and the area. The community property is beautiful and well maintained with maintainance resolving issues in a very timely manner. Verified Renter Fairmont Park has been excellent, from the staff to the grounds. They are exceptional with communication, they have so many cute socials, and I havent meet a staff member that hasnt been super friendly.
Verified Renter Apartment spacious with plenty of storage room. Building very quiet. Don't hear neighbors in under me or next to me like last complex i stayed in. I haven't smelled any marijuana from other units which i really love. Very satisfied with my move to this property. Unit also has new carpeting all through unit instead of just shampooing ( which i hate). This is a lovely place to call home. Also maintenance is excellent for responding to fixing any problems i have had.
