Verified Renter We discovered our A/C was not working during the first hot weekend (90 degrees) of the summer, which also happened to be Memorial Day weekend. They sent someone out on Sunday to fix it, unfortunately he did not have everything required to get the A/C working. He came back promptly after the holiday and got everything in working order. 10/10 service - the maintenance team is professional and prioritizes their work orders appropriately.

Verified Renter I have only been here 4 weeks but so far the staff is wonderful and am loving my apartment. There are a few issues being on the bottom floor that creep me out a bit though.... I have soo many bugs. Spiders of course are expected but I wasn't expecting so many centipedes. I also have these weird very tiny thread like worms every so often crawling around.
