I LOVE Fairwinds, especially the South Semoran Blvd branch. Bonnie Wersinger is a customer service STANDOUT. I had an issue with fraud on my checking account, and she fixed it within minutes. Bonnie has help me several time in the past and has ALWAYS been kind, knowledgeable and efficient at handling my issues. Every time I go to the fairwind semoran branch I feel welcomed. Everybody there is very professional, courteous and attentive. Awesome work!
Do not your service here they did direct depost earky but have stopped because they have to pay taxes on it early first time in 20 yrs ive been with them theyve never done this.Ridicuoulus i never received a email

Nightmare nightmare nightmare!!!!!! I joined this disgusting excuse for a business about 7 days ago. What a HUGE mistake. Had a transfer sent to open accounts and it went downhill FAST. Awful customer service- when escalated ( supervisor told me my HOLD was released and my large sum of money would be available-NOT!!!! Went to a share credit union and was declined my own money. Needed a new vehicle ASAP and went to the location on S Semoran. Bonnie was amazingly helpful and very knowledgeable! She put my mind at ease, listened to my concerns, alleviated them and put me in touch with someone to help find the vehicle I wanted, (Scott at Variety Auto Group in Deland) who found the perfect car for me within an hour.
