Very rude Assistant Manager name Rebecca lied and said that my money was not available. I showed her online were it was current and available and she look at me crazy and said I don't know. I have a car loan business and personal banking and this is unexceptionable. South Semoran Orlando location
I feel be satistfied and happy when I go into this bank to deposit or withdraw. They service so fast. Good experience.

Sorry I ever got a auto loan here. Called for a skip-a-payment for December 2016. Was told I was outside of the grace period. Next day called to make a payment. Told I had to pay a convience fee of $7.95 plus a late charge. I closed my accounts. All credit unions/banks are about the same. These guys are the absolute worst.
I went to the ATM at this location and withdrew money and paid 3.00 fee for non members.Afterwards I went inside and asked one of tellers if they would break a 20 for two 10's and they told me no because I was not a member and I told them that I just paid a 3.00 fee outside to withdraw money then they asked to see my ATM receipt and they said that they could only do this one time.WOW makes you want to be a member!!NOT
I've been here numerous times, and the ongoing theme is the CSR's are very slow. Recently, at one point there were three people trying to solve a problem for one customer. That left one CSR to help everyone in the long line that formed. Finally one CSR broke away AND LEFT! She didn't even try to help the people that had been standing in line for a long time.... Maybe they all need training in Customer Service practices!
Bonnie helped me a lot. She was nice, attentive and seemed to genuinely care. She knew every customers name that came in and greeted them with a smile and by saying something nice. Glad I decided to go in there. They helped me with my auto financing. Good experience.
