I've been here numerous times, and the ongoing theme is the CSR's are very slow. Recently, at one point there were three people trying to solve a problem for one customer. That left one CSR to help everyone in the long line that formed. Finally one CSR broke away AND LEFT! She didn't even try to help the people that had been standing in line for a long time.... Maybe they all need training in Customer Service practices!
Bonnie helped me a lot. She was nice, attentive and seemed to genuinely care. She knew every customers name that came in and greeted them with a smile and by saying something nice. Glad I decided to go in there. They helped me with my auto financing. Good experience.
Most of my experience with this branch has been through the drive through but I've had nothing but good experiences. They're fast, courteous and efficient. I would definitely recommend this branch for standard transactions.
I have been thinking about switching over to Fairwinds for some time now. I went into this bank in the middle of the day during the week. The bank was not that crowded, but each customer service rep was working with someone. Shortly after I sat down in the waiting area 2 of the CSR's became free and I continued to wait. They both looked up and saw me and made no attempt to say hello or greet me in any way. I was on my lunch break so I waited a few more minutes, then finally got up to leave.
