Although I was not happy with the quality of the flowers, the owner did reach out to me on Yelp and offered to make things right. Any small business or any business in that matter that takes the time to reach back out to the customer and at least offers their sincere effort to make it up to the customer deserves praise. I have moved from Raleigh since last ordering from Fallons but they have always been my go-to when I needed to order flowers for loved ones.

Alexandra R., of Fallon Flower's, reached out to me via phone and e-mail on 14Nov18 (day after initial Yelp review). Her sense of urgency and desire to make this right went above and beyond what I had expected. Not only did she have a full replacement arrangement prepared, she personally checked it prior to it going out for delivery. Mothers day was coming up and my father suggested to just get flowers from the grocery store. But knowing my Mother, she's worth more than $20 flowers at the supermarket and I prefer to shop local. Also, my friend was graduating around the same time so I had to make a twofer asap. Ordered a vase of flowers and a bouquet online and picked it up at their store the next day. I ordered flowers from them for someone and didn't realize that person was out of town. They had already made a beautiful arrangement. When I told them that they are not in town and the flowers needed to be delivered the next week they were so understanding. They made a whole new arrangement. This is what I call amazing customer service. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future. They had also sent a picture of the arrangement and it was so beautiful.

I had a great experience with Fallon's Flowers. We used them for my sister's wedding 10 years ago as well as my wedding in 2018. The bouquets and arrangements turned out beautifully and just as I pictured them. Also found them to be very reasonable! They understand what you want/looking for and are easy to work with. Definitely recommend them!!

I had a good experience with Fallon's. Placed an online order with ease. Was given a call when the flowers were ready. The store itself is cute; nice little trinkets you can buy besides flowers. Noticed they had "Pinot Nior" and "Chardonnay" candles in pretty little wood votives. They also sell homemade soaps by the slice and unique looking wind chimes. I bought flowers for my girlfriends birthday. Called in the day before her birthday and placed my order at 2pm (2 pm is cut off for same day). I asked what time they would come the next day, and the girl told me before noon. 70 bucks for a dozen roses and card, sounded like a deal. Roses didn't show up at her work until 3:45, my girlfriend left at 4. I had previously given Fallon's a lower rating because my Mother's Day bouquet did not last. Their response was fabulous and beyond anything I expected. They immediately got in touch with me and offered me a replacement bouquet. The replacement is on it's third day and is just beautiful. I am delighted and will order from them as they stand behind their product and do a beautiful job - even when it does not work at first. Thank you for caring and for my wonderful and fun bouquet that makes me smile every time I see it.
