My mother passed away a couple weeks back and we had her memorial yesterday...we originally ordered from a large online flower vendor and they seriously screwed up our order,and we were informed a mere 1.5 hours before the service that they could not deliver the cremation wreath to go around my mother's urn...we did an internet search and found Fallon's listing...they were kind and understanding, and wanted to help. They made my mother a beautiful bouquet for her birthday- I live in NYC but really like to buy local when I can so I called them and explained what I wanted and had my sister pick them up. Very professional, very sweet- and exactly what we were looking for. Their pricing is on par with all those online places, but they also add amazing service! Very happy with Fallon's and will be back. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a florist in the area.

Flowers were supposed to be delivered to my place of work on 2/13. I was unexpectedly out of the office. Fallon's delivery man called to tell me he was dropping the flowers off, and when I told him I wasn't in the office he said he would keep the flowers and deliver to me the next day. The next day happened to be Valentine's Day. I know that Valentine's Day is a very busy day for any florist and the fact that he took time out of his day to make sure I got my flowers means so much. I had to pick up eucalyptus for a friends business. When I walked into Fallon's it was like a flower heaven. And I was just in awe. I was greeted with a warm welcome and because I was in line they said that they would be with me soon. The lady that checked me out was extremely nice. She said that they were really busy because of Valentine's Day. The parking was a little hard so I ended up parking in front of convenience store. But the walk wasn't bad. ordered roses to be delivered as a surprise, and somehow they were knocked off the place the delivery person had placed them, crushing the vase and wrecking the flowers. When I called to re-order, Alexandra was extremely helpful and insisted on not charging for the order. I haven't had such great customer service or dealt with such a friendly person in quite a while, so kudos to Alexandra and this Fallon's lowers location.

Alexandra at the saint Mary's street location has been AMAZING to me. She helped me arrange all of my floral arrangements for my wedding just by chatting with me through email. She sent pictures back and forth with me and went the extra mile to help me around my busy schedule. I will never use another florist in Raleigh again.

A thank you to Fallon's employee, Lynn, for her exceptional service to my Dad. Lynn noticed that my Dad was going to ride the Raleigh bus with his gorgeous orchid purchases which was a challenge for him, so she was so sweet to drive him home personally. Thank you Lynn!
We so enjoyed working with Fallon's for our wedding flowers/greenery. My vision came together flawlessly and everyone I worked with at Fallon's was SO kind. This place will work with you and will help you maintain your budget while achieving the look you want for your event. We are even still enjoying our flowers and greenery over a week later!!!!
