I haven’t been to the doctor in a while and needed to come in for strep throat. Called everywhere trying to get an appointment and luckily they had availability! On the phone, we were transferred to a nurse to talk about symptoms so they knew what exactly what I was coming in for (my mom was being vague on the phone for some reason). But when I arrived for my appointment time I wasn’t in their system. My only problem with my experience was the idea that I needed to be clinically diagnosed with something in order for insurance to pay. I don’t like the idea of that , so will not be using Family Care Center just for that reason. The counselor was very nice.
