Medical Assistant staff both assigned to Bethany Helm and those that fill in for regular MA are always extremely nice and helpful; Whenever I need assistance for any reason the staff takes me very seriously and always calls back or leaves voicemail to ensure i am informed. Front desk is always extremely friendly and helpful.
