RecommendedMy stepson attends therapy here and sees Ms. Cathy. My son has changed a lot since starting to see her. Recommendedwell I might be biased, my wife (Dr.Rae Ann Weber) is an incredibly caring and competent physician. The providers at FCC are top notch.
It feels unfair that when patients cancel on the same day there’s a fee, but when a provider cancels same-day, there’s no equivalent consideration. Why is one side’s time valued more than the other’s? When rule-makers design policies that benefit themselves, it creates an imbalance. We’ve had multiple same-day cancellations, which disrupt our plans and carry real costs. There should be some form of reimbursement or accountability, just as there is for patients.
