Please remove “care” from your title. Our son needed 5 MINUTES of Buddy Lecki’s time to sign off on a form and re-send his prescription to expresscripts. Husband called several times, sent messages via the portal, and got ZERO responses. Even went IN PERSON and was told the form would get signed. Not even dignified a “no” a “we can/can’t do ….” Nothing. Have had to scramble now to ensure it’s all in order via another provider in time for him to attend a 6 month program he NEEDS. I absolutely would not recommend to anyone. The therapist wrote false information about drug usage in my daughter's chart and it is now being used against her for joining the military.
I have had my medication messed up a few times. Once I almost ran out because the nurse wouldn’t call me back. I tried 2 weeks to get through. This time my medication was sent to the wrong pharmacy. Also could not get through except to voice mails. Then you have to wait a day or two to get a call back. I was finally able to speak to a person but only after they learned I was leaving their practice and going somewhere else. I do not recommend this office. Find any other place but this one.
Clearly do not consider this place for employment!!!!! I received a call on a Tuesday, February 2022, from this organization’s recruiter, who was located in Florida. We discussed that I was relocating to Colorado with my spouse, and was looking to find employment quickly before our move. I was constantly having to correct the recruiter’s paraphrasing of what I was telling him. They canceled my sons appointment, no one called me to tell me why, left my son without his medication for days. Also did not tell me weeks ago when my sons doctor left the practice and again left my son without his meds.
The good therapists and psychologists either leave or get fired. The front desk staff are ok... but they are swapped out more often than clean socks. I attended therapy here for 5 years ONLY because I had one amazing therapist. I lost a great psychiatric nurse who was let go without notice to her patients. I did TMS therapy and it was run by unqualified technicians (I found out later). The owner is biased against people on Medicare... and much of the staff could use a refresher in Ethics. This facility and faculty are a joke. I made a compliant a with the office manager Briana Owens via email about a month ago. She didn't to reply or call to address my concerns but she did have time to call Chelsea the front desk supervisor to her pacify me. I know this because Chelsea said "Briana just called me we are so sorry about this incident." Then Dr. Killiman started reading me someone elses chart in error. That's a complete hippa violation. 2 hours ago I am extremely disappointed. I am a current patient . I followed their procedure of doing online paperwork and handing over personal information about my son so he could be seen here as well . Over the course of a year three separate times without a response . Exasperated I reached out on Facebook and they told me they’d look into it without asking my name , my child’s name or any further questions ( ... ok not sure how they’re going to look it up with out our names ) .
