I have been waiting for a week for them to call me. A human being has not called to follow up on me coming in with concern to medication. They emailed me that they needed my insurance information in order to get back to me. I sent them the information 20 minutes after their email reached my inbox. It’s been over a week and have still not heard back from a human either by email or voicemail. Not even a smoke signal... if this is the way that they run there business it is very unprofessional. Sorry you had this experience, but we have no record that we are seeing you. Call 719-540-2146 please to talk to our medical assistant, #2 at the Quail Lake please. By law we cannot refill medication without you being an active patient. Apologies
The location I went to on Circle Dr. was a dump. It was not inviting and hard to find. I received conflicting info on suite number. The counselor was kind but they ended the session abruptly and I left there distressed 😟

this place sucks. Seems counselor Aaron, really care does not care about the patient and don't really want to help out. Only want the big $. I will hold this center legally responsible IF something happens to my child
