I was very pleased with my first experience at Family Pet Clinic. They were friendly, professional, and you can tell they have a genuine care for animals. They were so sweet to my energetic pups, and they even called the next day to check up on how they were doing. We moved not too long ago, and we definitely found our vet home!
I'm very happy with the care my cat Harley receives here at FPC-NRH. I especially like Dr. Vicario. She does an excellent job of explaining issues so that I can understand.
If you have a dog that gets anxious about going to the vet, you should know that Family Pet Clinic North Richland Hills offers fear free visits. My dog Ramsey used to hide underneath the chair in the exam room and would not let Dr. Vicario even touch him with a stethoscope. She started telling me about how we could help make the visit less stressful by retraining his association with shots and pain with good things like treats and toys.
