Dr. Hofer is very sweet and caring. My dog (like most) is uncomfortable going to the vet and Dr. Hofer takes the time to warm up and go at my dog's pace. We are able to sit on the floor during appointments, which is much easier and friendlier for all. The clinic is well kept, the staff is wonderful, and their PawPlan makes keeping my dog healthy affordable!
We had to put one of our dogs down the other day because he was to sick. The Dr that saw us ( I can't remember her name) was so incredibly wonderful, giving the horrible situation we were in, she was compassionate and gave us all the time in the world that we needed as we have to make the hardest decision ever. Her staff was excellent, as well as compassionate and kind. The staff at family pet clinic truly care about their patients and families, and it shows in their care!
