We LOVE everything about Family Pet Clinic!!! They took awesome care of our Rocky for10 years, our Regan for 15!!! and recently an emergency visit for our Furry niece Stella!!!! The facility is spotless and the staff is kind and cares for the furry patients as much as their humans 💕🐾
There was an initial mix-up with our appointment—I received a confirmation message and showed up at the clinic, only to be told that the appointment was actually scheduled at a different location. Fortunately, the front desk staff were incredibly helpful and professional. They quickly resolved the issue and were able to accommodate us the same day. I can’t say enough good things about Family Pet Clinic. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming. The front desk team is pleasant and makes check-in and scheduling simple and stress-free. The techs and veterinarians take the time to explain everything in detail, answer questions, and make sure both pets and owners feel comfortable. Our Girls have been coming here since they were three weeks old and are now two. The staff are always pleasant no matter what you need! It’s very clean and they have quick wait times. They truly care for you and your fur babies :-)
Switched to Family Pet Clinic probably 4 years ago as our Vet has retired. We've never been to anyone else but they came highly recommended. I was pleasantly surprised how much my two Pits and I like the vets and the staff. To date, they still absolutely love running up to the door and saying all the staff.
