Already submitted review. The Alabaster location has turned to mainly all blacks. I’m not races, but they think they’re there to party instead of taking care of sick patients. They are loud, rude and have attitudes.They sit at the front desk eating and on cell phones. Pretty much act like you are bothering them when you’re just wanting to be seen by the provider.
The front desk staff was wonderful. The actual lady that took my sample was a bit ehhh. Seems like she had an attitude and was a didn’t want to be at work. And she was training. Her trainee had a very friendly and positive attitude and seem like she would be just fine. I guess what really brought it to my attention is because I received a follow up from I suppose the company that test the sample because my birthday was entered as 1/1/1900. The woman at the front was horrible rude. For some who’s never been to your practice it was unprofessional for someone to be rude to a first time guest
Staff was great, wait was incredibly long
Refused to give me a drug test, stating they didn’t know hiow and refused to call anyone. Took an hour to tell me that.
I went there last night they gladly took your money, never sent my prescription to pharmacy, then Robin (the director of the practice) won’t refund my money and rudely hung up on me. Poor customer service and poor healthcare being provided to the community! You’ve been warned!
Only visited for a urine sample, however I was disappointed with the wait time after making an appoint still had to wait as if I was a walk in so registering for appointment was a waste of time. Also I pre registered and arrived and still had to do hard copy of registration
