I was in and out quickly
The nurse practitioner Laura Clark was not attentive nor accommodating. I explained what was going on with my child and was met with a blank stare and at one point she completely dismissed what I said. I will not be back to this location if she is on duty.

I was there about two weeks ago with a kidney infection, after meds were finished it came back, I was told b to go to my practitioner for a follow up for the kidney is a vital organ and I need further tests.
Had appointment early and still waited over 2 hours. Told no staff. Seems to be same story each time I go. Staff apologetic and very nice. Just rough when you feel bad and think you will get in on time. Again, treatment good but walk ins taken before those with appointments.

When I arrived, there was one person ahead of me. Waited 30 minutes to go back to a room. Waited an hour, nobody even checked on me in my room. Went to desk and asked if they forgot about me. 5 minutes later the NP came in.
Had a sore throat.checked for strep Wished they would have copied my insurance card instead of me using my phone to copy it. They could have done it a lot faster. I felt like I was wasting time trying to get the picture fone
Already submitted review. The Alabaster location has turned to mainly all blacks. I’m not races, but they think they’re there to party instead of taking care of sick patients. They are loud, rude and have attitudes.They sit at the front desk eating and on cell phones. Pretty much act like you are bothering them when you’re just wanting to be seen by the provider.
The front desk staff was wonderful. The actual lady that took my sample was a bit ehhh. Seems like she had an attitude and was a didn’t want to be at work. And she was training. Her trainee had a very friendly and positive attitude and seem like she would be just fine. I guess what really brought it to my attention is because I received a follow up from I suppose the company that test the sample because my birthday was entered as 1/1/1900.
