Liked that I could save my spot in line by registering online. Facility was clean and fast paced which is expected from an urgent care facility. I will use this location (Alabaster) again.

The facility was clean,the receptionist was very professional and nice.Also,she cleaned while I was there(which is awesome!) The np and the one training were awesome,caring,and very professional.

I found everybody did good had good service. It did take a little while but there was an emergency going on in the clinic at the time, so I understood that but the nurse that took our blood pressure was not very nice, and was kind of rude to us
