Only visited for a urine sample, however I was disappointed with the wait time after making an appoint still had to wait as if I was a walk in so registering for appointment was a waste of time. Also I pre registered and arrived and still had to do hard copy of registration

Sweet folks! I came the day before my sister was buried and I was down. All the staff was so sweet to me and that sweet Robin sent me the sweetest email the next day saying she was thinking of me! That was above and beyond the call of duty! Very thoughtful and appreciated.
