Everyone was very professional and listened to my concerns and helped me with my issues. Very kind and considerate people and worked in a timely manner. Great new clinic in Alabaster that is conveniently located near the more residential areas. During my visit, the offices were very clean and the staff was nice, helpful, and professional.

Liked that I could save my spot in line by registering online. Facility was clean and fast paced which is expected from an urgent care facility. I will use this location (Alabaster) again.
Since I was able to check in early online, my wait time wasn’t too long. The staff was friendly & helpful.
