My experience with the provider and all of those who helped in some way or another were excellent. However, I did not appreciate upon leaving that although I had provided my insurance provider information, and whatever else was needed there was an ongoing attempt to get the VA to give further insurance approval, which I'm sure they would not do without my input. I do not not, and have not used the VA for anything medically since the ton of surgeries they had to do on me after I came back from vietnam. Much of which has cause... read more
