My daughter went there today and was treated very rude and did not help her at all. We called back and was treated rude. We will not go back and would not recommend it for sure.
They charged me $60 co pay Wed and I was seen for 5 min and given an anti biotic told to come back on Friday for them to remove toenail they were informed on Wed I am diabetic Friday 3 hr wait so I made apt for this morning they charged me another $60 co pay then said they would not do the removal on a diabetic that I have to go to a foot doctor. so the only thing I got for my 120 is a ten day rx for antibiotics and a referral to another Dr. Rip off!!
Staff is very nice however there needs to be more of them. Most use urgent care facilities to get care when their normal doctor isn’t in the office, example weekends, after hours, and holidays. Why would corporate not staff their locations properly during these times? I waited 3.5 hours with my son on Christmas Eve and then another 3 hours again the second weekend in April. Horrible!!! I am 100% disabled veteran. The lady at front desk thanked me for my service, starting asking questions about my insurance, then a minute later said “just go sit down cause you’re giving me a headache.” They had me set appt and I came back at 11:15 for schedule appointment. They have a screen out front with order of names and wait times. An hour later, after 3 patients left and nobody else was called back they called for me. In the parking lot for 2 hours need to change the name to slow pace
I called to check if they could do something told yes show up again tell them what I need done oh yes no problem I payed out of pocket went back within 2 mins got told there’s nothing we can do here asked for a refund was screamed and cussed and called a lier by the nurse or what ever she calls her self so I guess I threw $135 dollars away and will never recommend this place to anyone

we went in for blood work and I ask before I went in if they wear mask and she said yes and we had to.as well.. so we did always do but the woman who come in our room had no mask on I ask why she said I forgot it.. my daughter is type 1 diabetic I told her. so after about 10 minutes she went to get one.. she left blood all over my arm and it was on my clothes because the needle slipped out of my veins because she was so non professional at blood work .. there is more but I'm stopping .. bad experience in a pandemic
