Staff were accommodating and polite, the office was kept neat & tidy. The registration process was straightforward, streamlined, & efficient.when I discussed my reason for coming in, I did not feel judged like those of us living with severe chronic pain so often do. I was treated with respect and for the first time, in several days, I could walk without pushing back tears.

I was there for a drug test for the second time. The lady at the front desk was nice and helpful. The wait time was a little longer than I anticipated, but I understand that you have to be patient in those scenarios. The first time I was there it was less than fifteen minutes. This time was well over an hour, but patience is a virtue. Everyone was nice and friendly.
