I left a very detailed message on the email linked on pastface.com do not know who assisted me because I was never seen and left after the practitioner very rudely told me I was next to be seen but a very sick patient was in front of me. I was waiting 30 minutes for flu Covid strep results which I already heard them Say room 2 looks to be negative. It took awhile to get seen but as soon as we were called in it took less than 10 minutes to be out the door.

I’m sure they were extremely busy but we had a very long wait. That’s hard to do when you’re sick but the all the staff is very nice.

My visit went great but getting my prescription was a terrible experience. I took three trips to the pharmacy and finally would up having to call the clinic because the pharmacy never received my prescription

Waited over 2 hours for our appointment and they didn’t give us anything and we woke up worse and had to go to another doctor today and get meds!

It took way too long to see someone, and there were only 3 people in front of us when we got there. Total time spent from arrival to departure was approx 2 hours and 15 min.
