The NP I have seen several times. She is very knowledgeable but lacks in professionalism as she doesn’t listen to patient concerns, med history and has a condescending demeanor. Lesson one-a provider must listen to the patient bc a patient knows their body and history more than anyone else. Told them I was sweating profusely when I blew my nose it felt like I blew my ear drum out they only wanted to test me for strep and Covid when what I’m telling you has nothing to do with that then u want to send me on my way all yall want is money and not to help people because turn out I have a horrible infection but hey strep and covid right. Y’all are a joke

I just wasn’t impressed with the NP Robins bedside manner. She asked me questions and was interested in what I had to say but I didn’t care for her personality

I had set an appointment for 3:45 and was not taking back to a room until 4:45. When the nurse practitioner finally came in to see me, it was as if she didn’t care what I had going on. She was in the room with me for less than a minute. Prescribed me medication that has not helped. I will not be going back to fastpace in Carthage.

The front desk and nursing tech were both pleasant and polite which is the reason for the two stars. However, the office nurse and NP were not. Both rushed answers to questions asked and the NP even walked out of the room once while my mom was still talking to her. I was the only patient there and it was not close to closing time, but they both talked too quickly and didn’t seem to want to listen. Was not very happy with the results of my visit. Provider pushed the ER to much and with drew the X-ray option to have a rib X-ray and that’s all I needed. The radiology tech stated, she couldn’t do a rib X-ray… Why are you there if you can’t do a simple X-ray? Waste of time and insurance. I work in the medical field and this was a joke of care received…

I was tested for Covid, tested positive, last help I received. Found out yesterday by a Real Dr. That they should have treated me for covid and added problems, 16 days of hell because of inferior treatment by these unprofessional non caring individuals and company.

I left a very detailed message on the email linked on pastface.com do not know who assisted me because I was never seen and left after the practitioner very rudely told me I was next to be seen but a very sick patient was in front of me. I was waiting 30 minutes for flu Covid strep results which I already heard them Say room 2 looks to be negative.
