My first impression was that the receptionist was efficient and business like, but not especially welcoming. I am assuming the young lady who roomed me was an MA. She was personable and fairly skilled with getting vitals, and with the process, however, her lack of knowledge around medications was evident. She struggled to pronounce most of them.
