The lady that was working at the front desk wasn’t very friendly and was extremely rude! She had told me my sons insurance wasn’t active but we had this issue last time. I called United Healthcare and they said his insurance was active that they were not sure why her systems were showing different. She asked for me to have them send a copy of something stating that it was active the lady at United said she couldn’t but could transfer me to someone that could. My experience was great! Very friendly staff and did not take long! I was there for maybe 30 minutes where as some urgent cares have taken hours.
