Arrived kinda late on the weekend. The opening staff was great. She was considerate, friendly and exceedingly helpful. I truly can say she cared for my situation. Once I was quickly seen, the nursing staff also was helpful, listened, caring, and I felt a sense that my problem was going to be completely addressed. The Practitioner arrived in moments and was a great listener, she reiterated my conditions, asked pertinent questions and truly cared for my well-being. The lady that was working at the front desk wasn’t very friendly and was extremely rude! She had told me my sons insurance wasn’t active but we had this issue last time. I called United Healthcare and they said his insurance was active that they were not sure why her systems were showing different. She asked for me to have them send a copy of something stating that it was active the lady at United said she couldn’t but could transfer me to someone that could.
