I was seen at Clinton within 5 minutes. The provider there - Kaitlyn (?) - was fabulous. I needed a chest X-Ray. Clinton didn’t have a tech on duty but arranged for a nearby clinic (at Rocky Top) to collect the images. I waited at Rocky Top about 15 minutes. The X-Ray tech was efficient and professional. Within an hour, Kaitlyn called with results, diagnosis, and filed the prescription for meds. Excellent!!

The PA was very professional and checked out everything that had to do with my symptoms. She was friendly. And took time to listen to me. The nurse was also very nice and professional. The receptionist was friendly and helpful.

Loved being able to set up my appointment and paperwork on the website before coming in. They had insurance information all taken care of. Only waited maybe two minutes before being called to be seen. Provider and staff all excellent. I was on and out within 45 minutes and that was with a test taht took 15 minutes
