The PA was very professional and checked out everything that had to do with my symptoms. She was friendly. And took time to listen to me. The nurse was also very nice and professional. The receptionist was friendly and helpful.

Loved being able to set up my appointment and paperwork on the website before coming in. They had insurance information all taken care of. Only waited maybe two minutes before being called to be seen. Provider and staff all excellent. I was on and out within 45 minutes and that was with a test taht took 15 minutes

We went to fast Pace because my 11 year old son was sick. The provider, Caitlyn Davis was the best doctor we have ever had there. She was knowledgeable and professional. She was very nice and took her time to answer all our questions and explain the illness and treatment plan thoroughly. She had a great rapport with my son. She talked to him and gave him opportunities to talk and ask questions. Often, our experience with urgent care facilities, adults don’t speak to our children. They only talk to the parent.
