Male provider rude, arrogant, and disrespectful. Refused to listen to symptoms indicating sinus infection (which I have gotten every fall for the past 20 years) because I requested to be seen by provider before being tested for flu and Covid (which I knew I didn’t have). Wait was entirely too long for someone who is very ill! We had an appointment and still waited an hour. Care was good. Staff were good.
This was one of the worst experiences of my entire life. The only nice person was the x-ray tech. I went in for a work man’s comp related injury on May 17th, 2024. I am in the waiting room and the PA is complaint about how she doesn’t want to deal with the workman’s comp girl( me). She was very incompetent about her job and how to do it. Then I had to wait a week to get an x-ray when the x-ray tech was there that Friday. Just a mess.
The long haired brunette at the front desk is very rude and acts like she hates her life.
Monday 2/5/23 I had a Long wait despite being 15minutes early, and empty lobby staff talking up front not busy and the parking lot was empty. My appt was 10:30 I didn’t go back until 11am and didn’t see the provider in the room until 11:20. Then waited in the lobby for 15 more minutes for a work note. I was at fast pace for 1.5 hours and saw the provider for 2-3minutes of that time. Provider and staff were nice but I waited so much at this location I probably won’t return. The lobby was also dirty
I was skipped over several patients until I finally asked about it. I think it was five total. The lady at the desk went and checked and sure enough I was, the one checking people into the back as just taking them off the list in no order, I was there an hour with only two people in front of me before I was called back and had to ask. The nurse practitioner I saw wasn’t very nice at all and told me to go to a doctor to see what was wrong with my throat and glands. Pointless visit and waste of money and time.
I had to wait over two hours but once admitted service was very friendly and competent.
Everything was great. Everyone was very nice and considerate and a good attitude
Everything was the best. Very well satisfied. Would very much recommend
