I didn’t have an appointment but I was still able to see the doctor. Thankfully they were open on Christmas Eve. Got attention and medication I needed.

I’ve only been in the area for two weeks and came down with a cold/mild bronchitis. Not knowing where to go for medical attention, I looked up urgent care facilities. Fast Pace’ s wonderful reviews led me to them and proved to be so true. Every personnel from receptionist to attending Dr. was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, n very attentive. Male provider rude, arrogant, and disrespectful. Refused to listen to symptoms indicating sinus infection (which I have gotten every fall for the past 20 years) because I requested to be seen by provider before being tested for flu and Covid (which I knew I didn’t have). Provider argued with me about why I had to be tested first and then refused care because he said 4 days of symptoms was not long enough to diagnose a sinus infection. Wait was entirely too long for someone who is very ill! We had an appointment and still waited an hour. Care was good. Staff were good.
This was one of the worst experiences of my entire life. The only nice person was the x-ray tech. I went in for a work man’s comp related injury on May 17th, 2024. I am in the waiting room and the PA is complaint about how she doesn’t want to deal with the workman’s comp girl( me). She was very incompetent about her job and how to do it. Then I had to wait a week to get an x-ray when the x-ray tech was there that Friday. Just a mess.
