There was anew receptionist at window. When I registered at 11:30 am she said would be an hour due to multiple drug screens ahead of me. She came out to make sure I was still there at 12 pm. After hour and a half waiting, they called in a man for drug screen that had came 30 minutes after I had. I asked about this and she said I was lost in system. My 13 year old son has Covid and couldn’t even get paxlovid.
Terrible experience! They wouldn’t do anything to help me when my knee was so bad that I could barely walk on it. Then gave me a hard time about getting my copay refunded because I wasn’t seen! Horrible experience!
