We were completely happy with our Dr visit even though we had a rather long wait period. There was an emergency that came into the lobby while we were waiting in the Drs. room. Both the Dr and the assistant came to our door and explained there was an emergency they were having to attend to, and we hadn’t been forgotten!! That curtesy meant the world to us and allowed us to relax and wait because they had informed us of what was going on!
