I got seen by dr very professional reception nice but got my name wrong it took pharmacy a extra half hour to straighten out wasn’t feeling well had to sit in drive thru hope didn’t send in wrong name to insurance just need more training at front desk
Well first off you have to check in on a tablet by the front door, which there’s only one so you have to wait until the person or people in front of you finish inputting their information, and I think that’s not very personal with the patient. Then you get called to the front desk to make payment, which being self pay was very expensive for people like me that do work but doesn’t make much money is hard to pay for, then you have to wait to be called back. . The provider made me feel like I was a bother and wasting his time. Acted annoyed when I said I was breast feeding. Provider like him are why I hate seeing male providers. Curious if he would treat a man as poorly as he treated me... or maybe that's how he treats everyone. He spoke so fast it was so hard to even understand what he was saying.

Receptionist was very nice. Nurse was professional and ask appropriate questions for why I was there. Doctor was professional and listened to me. Everything was clean and my wait time was great. I was impressed for a walk in clinic.

The provider blew me off and openly chastised me for coming in with a cut on my arm. It’s been a week since it was cut and it still really hurts. She barely looked at it and offered nothing. If this is infected and gets worse, there will be a lawsuit.
